I'm pretty sure all the regular bus routes will be operated out of St Helens and will not be part of a smaller franchise as staff at HTL who currently work the St Helens routes have already been told about moving over to St Helens in September. Oh Superman where are you now, when everything's gone wrong somehow, the men of steel, the men of power, are losing control by the hour.
