Would imagine it's still open as it's far from preston just to do school jobs

Blackpool is no longer on the DBNW license, it closed operationally as a Preston Bus outstation a few months back. It was only added on to the DBNW license to gain the +200 disc increase (along with 125 from Heanor) prior to the First Bolton official announcement.

I'm a bit confused by all this. Preston Bus currently operates, or they did operate, a local service in Ormskirk. And a couple of other services well outwith their area, which would be better with DBNW at Bolton. So, how many vehicles are now owned by Preston Bus, and what's the PVR of the fleet?

They operate the ormskirk to university bus , a service from southport to ormskirk , local ormskirk/town green circular and the 312/313 in skelmersdale with stratas .

Many thanks for this, didn't realise Blackpool had actually ceased as a base.

Quick question how many Strata Vans are normally on the Clitheroe routes?

The first batch of 5 (21200-204) were bought new for those routes.

But - be aware that not all of the contracted routes actually work into Clitheroe.

If not all of the Strata Vans go into Clitheroe where is the best place to find them?

There's normally 2 around skelmersdale on the 312/313.
