Slightly answering my own question over on the Rotala Preston Bus thread...
Stagecoach have registered the Walton Le Dale Park and Ride service from 8th July.

I believe it was just at Gillmoss to cover for 15563 going back to Preston to get something fixed on it

Theres no news on the park and ride operator change unless the Walton le dale is a subsidised funded one...the other is operated commercially by Preston bus

Expect more disruption to Stagecoach services at both Preston and Chorley due to continuing Strike Action as the following extra dates of Industrial Action of been announced:
June 25 as well as July 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 11, 19, 20, 22, 23, 25, and 27, this is ontop of June 22 & June 29.

Solo SR 47923 has been repainted White and Pink in preparation to take over 1 Walton Le Dale Park and Ride contract.
