Vast capacity improvement from the Solo's the 113 has had for the last few years.

113 is still booked for Solos, but 21109 is extra at Chorley because they're struggling with several vehicles long term off the road. Its generally a MAN ALX300 or dart replacement, looks like it was the turn of a Solo to be replaced today.

Arriva/Bluebus when they had the route regularly used full sized buses ranging from Paladins to Ikarus's its weird how Stagecoach changed it to midibus infact when northwestern had it they used N-DWM Scania's with discounts for certain passengers to certain places on the route.

Chorley Depot had 22807 and 22256 out on 109s yesterday don't know how unusual/usual this is for a Saturday.

Also out of interest who operates the Saturday 115 Chorley-Preston service, is it Chorley or Frenchwood Depot and I'm guessing a Solo is used on it although could be proved wrong

I think Preston (Frenchwood) must operate the Saturday 115 as I saw a Versa on it a couple of weeks ago.

Went on the Ribble Enthusiasts Club trip to various independents around Lancashire & Rossendale Transport using Chorley depot 18156 fresh out of the paintshop in Ribble livery. Here are three views –

Saw 21109 in Horwich on the 125 on Friday 11 October - unfortunately saw it too late to get a photo.
