They may mean Impera has got the 210/250

Surely given Cumfybus' size if any take over was to take place it would be the over way round? As Reece said I think it is some one getting confused with Impera running the 210/250

OK, here goes... but first of all, a couple of updates to the foregone notes on smaller vehicles: Aleros YU02 GRK and YN03 UYA are both definitely still in use, GRK seen today in Huyton and UYA within the last few days. UYC, on the other hand, is parked up at the front of Kirkby Britonwood yard with a fair part of its front end removed. Finally, I suspect that at least two of the Renaults are also laid up in the same yard, although they are obscured by other vehicles so couldn't definitively identify them.
(Is it the case that Kirkby depot is no longer used operationally, but only for storage?)
On to the larger vehicles!
OLYMPIANS - both now sold on, as noted previously.
TRIDENTS - X662 and X665 have both been retaxed within the last couple of months. Both were most recently noted at Southport, so are possibly intended for schools and/or Tesco free bus? (does this still run and is it still Cumfy who operate it?)
X661 still shows as licence due 01-SEP-12 on DVLA, so presumably withdrawn, and X664 is SORN. Two Tridents are parked up at Kirkby and I presume them to be these latter two.
DART/CAETANO - all four still laid up at Kirkby with SORN as they have been for a while.
DAF/MYLLENNIUM - following a brief renaissance on the 139 these all appear to have recongregated back at Southport. Six remain licensed but all expire within the next 3 months:
V116 LHG Licensed: due 01-NOV-12
V117 LHG Licensed: due 01-NOV-12
V735 HEO Licensed: due 01-DEC-12
V472 HKY Licensed: due 01-OCT-12
V474 HKY Licensed: due 01-DEC-12

I suspect that we still have an ID problem with this last one, since the fleetlist (and every other fleetlist I've seen) shows C19 MFY and V475 HKY as the same vehicle, which clearly cannot be the case, since both now exist concurrently. The logical conclusion seems to be that V475 HKY was actually C18 MFY, making C19 MFY the former V473 HKY. However I still don't think this helps us as to their original identities: C19 MFY might still be the original V1 GMT, or it could be the original V6 GMT, depending on when the error originated. Any volunteers to visit Southport depot and check the body number plate?
Finally on to the backbone of the fleet:
OPTARE SOLO
There are at least eleven Solos laid up at Kirkby. The ones I could identify are S248 KNL, X177 NWR, H6/7/14 CFY. I strongly suspect that the other four ex-Go North East ones are amongst the others.
S248 KNL, which briefly saw use earlier this year, is now once again SORN, joining its sisters, and another Solo to recently receive a SORN is YS02 UCB.
As to what is actually in use - I am fairly sure I've seen all the OUBs out in service recently apart from T417. I haven't seen H12 or V232 for a while, so these are two to keep an eye on when their current tax expires imminently.

That is interesting that so many Solos have been withdrawn, thanks again for your help Dave. Last I heard with the Tesco free bus it was operated by Strawberry/SLT however I've never seen this to confirm it to be the case!
On a different note, can anyone confirm if YJ12 GXM has been delivered or entered service yet as this is the only one I've either not seen in person or seen photos of on Merseyside. The only photos I've seen of it are of it stored outside the East Lancs/Optare factory in Blackburn, however DVLA shows it as having been taxed since May 2012.
