North West standard vehicles at the time would have been Commanders/Pulsars and now, would be the intergral Geminis, as seen in Rhyl and Speke, for any decker orders. It's very unlikely Bangor would receive anything else if they were to even receive anything new at all. Have to say I'm surprised by an out of division loan such as this particularly considering the number of DLAs hanging around within the NW. I know you mentioned their performance has been dire before but if it's just a generic decker trial, I'm sure it'd have sufficed for a week! All the same, a refreshing change with the ELC I'm sure. RE: Arriva Buses Wales - Bangor - J654UHN - 19/08/2013 10:09 Needs to be a low height vehicle CX54 hence the lowlander coming. Bangor cant get cascades from london as they will be full height RE: Arriva Buses Wales - Bangor - wirralbus - 19/08/2013 11:00 Is it the arch's at Conwy that is the need for the Lowheight Deckers or is there another set of bridges that is the problem as well. |
