Stagecoach to start running JPT services from tomorrow (26 April). Stagecoach tickets valid on routes, including MiddletonRider tickets, which will see the day ticket reduced to £2 for limited period and weekly ticket remaining at £9. Single fares won't change in price on all Middleton and ex-JPT services.

Busy weekend for Stagecoach, as along with the JPT takeover and services changes, fares will also go up this weekend.
Megarider goes up from £12.50 to £13.00. Monthly Megariders will be priced at £48.

Thats going to surprise some people when they go out in morning and find its a stagecoach.
Let's hope stagecoach operate these routes better then jpt as I think given time and a half decent service these could become real money makers.
Also now stagecoach operate 156 I wonder how long until all trips run to Langley against firsts 18?

They're better than the older Enviro400s. 19101, remember that waking everyone up everyday?

They are slightly better but they seem to lack power, now that's ok on the 216, 231 and even the 330 but on the 236/237 they really seem to struggle up hill. Comfort wise the seats downstairs are very close together and for peeps like me who are tall a long journey can be painful

Today sees the JPT 118 route covered by HE, busses allocated are a mixture of Loliners and Enviro400s.

A couple of jpt buses are at wigan Depot. 515 is one of them!
