Peoplesbus start operating routes 173 & 174

Peoplesbus began operating routes 173 (Belle Vale – Sefton Park) & 174 (Belle Vale – Penny Lane/Allerton Library) today after a one week gap, replacing Supertravel who stopped running it last Sunday.
