Look at Howards travel Group, all there vehicles are painted in a smart well presented manner along with smartly dressed drivers as well. not hard to paint a bus

RE: Happy Als
Personally I think every Bus and Coach should be in the same Livery looks awful with the tour cosches with the New Logo and white and everything else in the old logo and zoom maroon, 2 black coaches and then the rest in Dublin and London livery
Just looks rubbish!

RE: Happy Als
Really companies should have their vehicles in the correct livery particularly if they have had them a reasonable amount of time, it really doesnt give a good impression in the wrong livery and in Happy Als case those in the Dublin livery look untidy as that livery is not the best in the first place in my opinion.

RE: Happy Als
I agree with many comments posted, that a fleet of mix livery buses does not give off a good impression. Yes it might be that these vehicles are in the main used for school runs, but as noted even the coaches aren't uniform.

The dark maroon colour is also IMO one of the worst coloured liveries. The buses where hard to see at night time because of the dark colour used. I prefer light bright colours. Its a shame Happy Als dont do any bus services anymore, I remember them doing the 193 for years.

RE: Happy Als
Maroon is also well known for colour retention as well, which basically means it fades quicker than a lot of other colours. So a few months after repaint, it just looks faded and rather poor once again!

Why is ALZ 2928 awaiting a Gardner engine? They were only built with TL11 or a Cummins L10. Are they modifying it to a Gardner and if so why? The last Gardners in the fleet were the three ex-Crosville Olympians A9/16/19 ALS.
