I see Arriva have started placing stickers advertising weekly tickets on the lower half of the upper deck front windows, however the big problem with this is it's highly irritating as they restrict the view, in blurring the view, that it gives headaches it's not so bad on the Enviros as they have big window & it's not to restrictive, but the Geminis & Streetdecks they almost take half of the window. I know its an absolute pain the front windows top deck being restricted by these things. Love the view from the front at the top as well. Luckily some seem to have been removed or half ripped away especially on the Wirral ! |

I try to avoid riding on 2958 & 2956 unless they have been fixed recently. The reason I say that because the last time I rode those 2 vehicles ( both on the 410 on different days ) the ride was absolutely terrible. I have to point out here it was nothing to do with how the drivers were operating them but that the front end just seemed to be stuck in the lowered position as if to let a wheelchair or pram on board. However, last night I rode 2993 from rock ferry to liscard and the ride was much better, nice and bouncy. They are better to ride on when they bounce instead of feeling like a rock when they hit bumps. Has anyone else had this experience of rough or smooth riding. |
