is this the same route 1 thats currently getting Enviro400s referbished for it.That MPD Hardly looks packed,why not just keep using MPDsHuh

Well that is taken just after it starts at Chester Rail Station but they do get full especially around the Chester Business Park around kicking out time from work, people have complained about the lack of capacity so the Enviro400's are the answer.
