It is more likely that they have lost the service in retensering of bus services by Denbighshire Council as Voel Coaches have withdrawn their registration of service 40 from the same date.

Llew Jones have however registered Ruthin Local Services from the 11th of March

I have updated my website page on this operator and added further detail to the history of the firm. Details of disposals are also given. - - LINK - -

I have a website which looks at the bus and coach operators in North East Wales. There are current fleetlists for all operators and most have a full historic fleet list.
Included are current depot fleet lists for Arriva Cymru. There are also a number of ceased opertators with historic fleet lists including the GHA Group
The address and a link is www.Ronsbusesandcoaches.com

These are Denbighshire contracts currently with Llew Jones that have been won by this operator and are limited runs a day.

RE: Operators based in North East Wales
I know that they are taking the Llew Jones route but I was looking for confirmation the first is an error and should be Corwen-Wrexham, rather than JWS attempting competition.
;
JWS's facebook page says the timetable is on their website, but it's well hidden if it is. Denbighshire CC do however say it is unchanged from the Llew Jones timetable.
