Is 150 due to return to service shortly? it's been off the road for nearly 18 months since it's MOT failure but I noticed today it passed a few days ago. |

Yes, with the upcoming service changes there will be some obvious PVR requirements as well as certain allocations such as a slimline Solo for the Huyton Circulars. Oh Superman where are you now, when everything's gone wrong somehow, the men of steel, the men of power, are losing control by the hour.
