Liverpool and Comedy lost a legend when Ken Dodd passed away , I see his cortege will be taken on a two hour tour from near to Alder Hey Hospital to The Anglican Cathedral via Queens Drive to give as much of liverpool a chance to see him .

Seems as though the sports world is the hit this week, former world darts champion and very much a reason why darts became popular Eric Bristow has passed away at the age of 60. Sadly it appears to have happened at the darts in Liverpool tonight.

He and a few others from that era made Darts a sport to watch sadly they are slowly dying one by one , Jocky Wilson dying a good few years ago.
