Merseytravel aren't interested in providing a transport network that is in any way useful. There should have been a push to get at least the 17 and 38A back to hourly from September and maybe even the 156/602 - it could have been done but they have decided not to. Oh Superman where are you now, when everything's gone wrong somehow, the men of steel, the men of power, are losing control by the hour.
