This area did briefly become one of the Marshall hotspots in the country. MTL, Chester, Halton and Warrington all took some.

7654 went for scrap about 2 years ago!!! R410XFL and Y203PFM are the 2 halton marshalls at Kirkby at the moment taking the halton fleet to 4
