Yes officially an open station with no platform or trains. The main change will be who has control of the bus service, which probably won't be a good thing as it will allow it to be cut back to save money from 2019.

Bridge was removed when the trains where reworked in the WCRM phase many years ago now .

Barlaston and Wedgewood closed at the same time as well.

What was the name of the station north of Stoke that closed and had its platforms fully removed .

Yes.
;
Etruria and Barlastone are in the same position as Norton Bridge was - not officially closed but with no trains. D&G 14 is the replacement service - the ITT for the new franchise requested applicants to look at serving one or both, but subsequent announcements do not seem to mention it.

Etruria doesnt exist im sure that has been through the formal closure process .

Barlaston and Wedgewood have the platforms in situ , but very derelict . Wasnt Stone in the same position for a long while before LM decided to stop there .

RE: Official closure of Norton Bridge station
The ORR ratification notice posted at Crewe is slightly weird - it requires copies to be posted at assorted stations including Barlaston and Wedgwood, but rather strangely not Stoke!

Stone wasn't served under the Central Trains franchise but a requirement for LM to serve it was included as part of the introduction of an hourly Crewe to Euston stopper.
