RE: Stagecoach Manchester
Yes, as a rule for the old style plates;
anything below 50
all the 'hundreds' (100, 200 etc)
all the 'consecutives' (123, 321, 345 etc)
anything where the letter serial spells a name or similar - e.g. Lxxx BOB

(from W reg onwards, anything ending in 5 or 0)

is/was considered as a personalised plate and generally not issued.

Also many plates matching with a car model....Peugeot 206, BMW 325 etc (notice how many missing numbers in the Millennium Olympians 0309-0337 for a batch of 22......all the missing ones match BMW's)

Blimey. The kids didn't waste much time wrecking the Enviro400's then. LOL They've only been on the school service 2 weeks.

RE: Stagecoach Manchester
Interesting as by yesterday afternoon both duties were back to being Enviro 400 operated, so obviously what ever was wrong with the other Enviro400 must have been sorted and the Enviro300 took off as most journeys need double deckers on X34 these days

Had a run upto Morecambe for the open day.

ex Bluebird solo 47825 (YJ11 EKX) was present, along with a number of former Stagecoach Manchester based Tridents, which are now based there. One of which 18363 (MX55 KPR) was doing bus rides through the wash!

RE: Stagecoach Manchester
Yesterday I saw a Hybrid Enviro 400 on route 384. I had seen these on Saturdays, but for a long time Sunday workings had been MAN-ALX300.

Does this mean that all the ex London Tridents/1 B7TL/2 Optare Spectra/3 old Tridents not in Magic bus colours will be transferred out, either to Wigan or Fife?
