Is the one on the 51 today the spare? Would 2799 not bea better spare considering its refurbed to sapphire standards

Would 2799 not bea better spare considering its refurbed to sapphire standardsThe issue is the amount of children that catch the 51S, with no other double deckers available at Rhyl at the moment one of the spare sapphires had to be used for the morning and afternoon journey.
We carry two spare sapphires, 4554 & 4555, why would we have a refurbished bus as a spare!
