Tells you exactly that they have no idea when they are actually going to be ready so it’s a case of believe it when you see it, they are fastly approaching an 18 month delay as it is.

Further to this all driver training on the 68 sets has been suspended until further notice.

Whats happened to cause such a huge delay in introducing the new stock.

Yes I understand training has to be carried out but whatever these issues are, if they are mechanical then that would suggest to me that the coaches were hastily built and were not sufficiently tested to make sure that they are completely fault free before delivery to the relevant train operator.

Is it related to the major problems that CAF have been having with coaches for another franchise that have suffered terrible technical problems.

Crewe - Wavertree workings missed the first trip yesterday, but subsequent workings with a mk.5 set yesterday and today.
Set 11 moved to Crewe this afternoon.

When I said random I meant daily and WTT, but not all of the trains that showed them when the timetable was first downloaded.
