Personally, when the 375/385s get their enviros, I'd like to see the B7s kitted out with wi-fi and moved on to the 47s. Or maybe in the future, the 47 could be upgraded to sapphire. With the 48s no longer running, I'd like to see some sort of partnership with the 47 and the X2 between Crossens and Liverpool. I cant see it happening but why not give it a shot. RE: Arriva North West - Southport Depot - PO59 MXJ - 08/08/2014 18:52 Southports new deckers should be delivered in September and see service in October. Leather seats and WiFi. Also Arriva Southport are considering re-routing the 43/46 via Southport Asda and reducing their frequency. Leather seats and WiFi. Well I hope they at least see service by October at the latest. Bloody sick of the delay with these buses, Also were they not originally suppose to come by April? And there was 3 Pulsar 2s on the 375/385 a few days ago They should only use deckers as spares since they have some Gemini's now. Speke has priority due to the QBP, the capacity required for the many schools, college and university on the 81 route, and the fact that they are cascading around 21 buses to other depots to replace again fleets. They need buses to cover this, any later than early September and there would be a serious bus shortage, and Speke is one of the depots where the PVR dramatically increases after the summer season, mostly due to the amount of students living in South Liverpool. Southport already has deckers, they may not be the most reliable, but at least they have them. RE: Arriva North West - Southport Depot - Vbg111v - 11/08/2014 14:26 3036 was being towed in by Johnsons of Banks late last night with accident damage to the front and down most of the right side. A friend of mine said he was told that the driver was taken away in an ambulance from London Street, but I cannot confirm that. Hope all ok. |
