Oh another operator (Classic Bus North West) where a tendering authority (Lancashire county Council) was a bit quick in cancelling some tenders then subsequently finding out that the company may have run into difficulties . I believe the 22 service may continue to run as this is on a separate licence of Oakwood Travel based in Liverpool.
