I don't know why the order is delayed but that isn't the reason

Ran out of money? bloody hell when did Lee Evans sign up to Dart SLF? Hammer

The reason the orders are being held is because Arriva are taking up serious discussions regarding the Arriva side of the company with Deutsche Bahn this could lead to selling out to another owner and clearing the huge debt that is in place at the moment.

It has been reported on many media areas about the discussion with Deutsche Bahn little research required.

Thanks for the explanation Mac. Hopefully things will be resolved soon!

Im led to believe its a different reason than what's being said on here and isn't anything to do with financial reasons or the supposedly flotation on the stock market as it's stated that they still want to have the controlling share in the companies but basically want an outside investor to get on board to gain some return for what they paid for arriva to pay off some of DB's debt for there over spenditure back in Germany.

For example you can cross the border on service 4 from Chester to Mold, However you can use it on service 26 between Mold and Wrexham which does not cross any English border.

Welsh day tickets are not valid within England unless they are the Chester Plus.

For details see this link

Having seen the diagram, it is helpful of Arriva to allow some travel into Wales with North West Daysavers. The route 26 validity is surprising as this is a local route in Wales and not a route out of Chester.

4645 noted on 1/1A Blacon Circulars today (seen it on 15 to Saughall the other day) but for past week since X2 was pulled 4645 is always on 1/1A or 15's for some unknown reason

Covering for one of the Pulsar 2s? And I saw it on 10s the other day.

More like thats where the spare Decker is going to be allocated now the X2 has gone

If its no longer required for the X2 it will eventually get shipped out to somewhere in desperate need of a double decker

I think the 3/4/X4 would have been a better fit for it to be honest
