Entirely possible, things can change. But 2950, 2951 are intended to replace 2642, 2661.
They aren't to replace any of the CX12 batch, as NWBS incorrectly assumed.

Bit oddball numbering them consecutively after a new batch of Volvo vehicles, they could have slotted into the gap between 3061-3077 or 3106-26, same type/age.

Except 3762 YJ61 FEP has not left Oswestry depot yet and very evident in the yard and I've seen with my own eyes. It was even pressed back into use on a 2A Wrexham to Oswestry on 9th May, noted on a PM run.
It's due to transfer to Harwarden but delayed for some unknown reason.

VDL Pulsar 3762 (3203) has now arrived here this morning from Oswestry with 998 now gone to Oswestry.

3762 remained in use at Oswestry and worked its last day in service 13/05, 15:38 2 Oswestry to Wrexham and 16:52 2C Wrexham to Oswestry.
998 was dropped off at Oswestry by an Chester driver this morning (3762 taken the other way). 998 its not for use at Oswestry and will be spending at least the night or a number of days before onward transfer with Arriva Midlands and expected to become 2998.
