It's quite evident they haven't been replaced on particular examples and the smell from them is horrendous. Even the couple that were repainted weren't re-done internally. The only refreshed seat covers and cushions seem to be on very specific seats and tend to be toward the rest of the buses so presumably as a result of vandalism.

I used the vehicles whilst on the 89 daily from 2007-2014 and in 7 years their condition did not improve.
