220 is on the Cat 5 today.

Timetables and details of the service changes due to Covid-19 can be found here:

Interesting to see that the Cat6 will be heading to Lymm via Thelwall and Statham, maintaining a roughly half-hourly service in those places.

While this probably cannot be helped, many of their services are literally being halved by the looks of things.

Many have been halved, yes, and the 16A has been reduced from every 20 minutes to every hour.
I think the worst ones are the Leigh services 19 and 28, each now only every 2 hours, with no 28A journeys in the peaks.

Same with Cat5/Cat5A both of these from tomorrow are hourly every 2 hours looking at the timetable with Cat6 filling in the gaps between Lymm and Warrington.

I notice the 47 is still planned to operate and obviously Lymm High will only be open for children of essential workers so they may have to run some school services but with much lower loadings. I wonder if they'll use one of their baby Enviros rather than the usual Wright Cadet? The same could perhaps be said about the 48 if it's not carrying Weaverham High pupils.

An Eclipse was on the Birchwood Park Shuttle this morning.

Warrington are providing free travel for NHS and health/social care workers:

This article also indicates that there will be further service changes from Monday.

I guess this also did the 23A - I've never seen an Eclipse on there.

Here are the details:

The reductions are quite drastic.
