At times it did, as one of my local routes i can vouch for it, School/Collage times it could be busy, most of the time users were using ENCTS passes, must admit to catching early morning 18 when it ran to Liverpool as a feeder, & was quite a few on it then but not more than half a bus load, busy section was Birkenhead, to Claughton-Bidston

83A passed my house, and it'd be unusual to see any more than 5 on it in either direction at once. Seemed to pick up a bit more in the Birkenhead direction in the evenings. There seemed to be periods of missed journeys on that, often seen people waiting at the bus stop well past its due time until they gave up

Wow. I'm surprised so much is being dropped. Given things like the Wirral evenings are all fully subsidised, these should go out really quickly. The 91 should be straight to A2B (if they have the drivers and buses).
The 80 and 82 are funny. Arriva took the 83A but haven't taken the dead time routes which interworked. Surely this would have been a no brainer? Save drivers sitting about for so long as well.

I knew this would happen as Merseytravel just dont have the money to replace these services
