An awful lot of words, unfortunately all empty.
It sits very uncomfortably against the recent bus service cuts.

I agree. These leafy shires don't need 'expensive' bus services clogging up the roads as all the locals are drive around in posh cars. Well, that's what the local councillors would have you believe.
