December times have started appearing in Open Train Times, but are clearly incomplete.

Manchester to Chester changes (both Mid-Cheshire and the additional service via Warrington) have been postponed to May 2018 due to delays in obtaining additional DMUs due to GWR holding on to the 150s for longer than intended.

Yes, just realised that.

Electric services from Liverpool are NOW booked as "Class 319 EMU at 100 mph" except services from LIV to MCO via WAC (booked as "Class 14x DMU at 75 mph" or "Class 150/153/155/156 DMU at 75 mph)". Also these electric services are slightly retimed.

On Sundays, there is a new service from LIV to WGN.

There are so services from LIV to Blackpool North (BPN)
(i.e. 0757 from LIV to BPN has been cut to preston to form the 0756 from LIV to PRE)

The Oxford Road route via Warrington isn't electrified

Northern always have at least some peak time services booked as EMUs but timed so that a DMU can fill in if they are short of EMUs, which are usually the shorter services e.g. in the case of services booked to be operated by a 323 the Alderley Edge workings.

It appears the morning peak Crewe to Bolton service is to be operated by a 319 from December but will run to the same times as now (it's currently booked as 2 x 142s.)

There will be no trains to Blackpool North at all from December until March next year, then a limited service should start but the full service won't be reinstated until the May 2018 timetable change which will see some changes e.g. they'll no longer be a Blackpool to Victoria service but there will be a Blackpool to Macclesfield service operated by 323s (until the 331s arrive.)

They are existing Calder Valley trains extended, but some are missing, as are the peak hour trains accelerated between Victoria and Rochdale and the associated Rochdale-Victoria locals.

It's an off-peak extension only which doesn't require any additional units. Once Northern get additional units in 2018 the service will be extended to the Airport every hour.
