142003, 142007, 142040 and 142056 have moved from store at Barrow to Heaton presumably for onward forwarding to Worksop as their are more scrap moves planned from there this coming week.

142030 has arrived at Chasewater for Preservation bringing the total of Preserved Pacers to 5.

142001 - National Railway Museum
142029 - Chasewater
142030 - Chasewater
142036 - East Kent Railway
144003 - Great Central Railway (Still in use with Northern)

As Andy Burnham said TfN are pushing for infrastructure upgrades but what he didn't say is they are also looking at 'temporary' cuts in service levels until the infrastructure work is done - if it is done

One person who always seems to avoid any blame is Mark Carne, whose obsession with the "digital railway" resulted in Grayling being able to kybosh the clearly vital additional infrastructure.

I have seen several 3 and 4-car class 331s in service. Refurbs to class 323s have commenced. I notice fewer 319s these days.
