The whole (SLT) thing in the thread title doesn't make it fit here. 20724 YJ57XWO is ex SLT and one of 3 on loan here. Another is 20857 MX56NLU. YJ57ZMO doesn't exist. I think it would be better to change the thread title to Diamond Bus North West and to discuss the routes and vehicles which have transferred from Go Goodwins here, otherwise the Go Goodwins thread will end up being a thread about two unrelated operators. It's all part of Diamond Bus North West now, so I think it should all remain in this thread. All the Little Gem's have lost their branding and have had Diamond Bus logo's added to the front as seen here on SCZ3845 Diamond Bus NW SCZ3845 20667 by Mike McNiven, on Flickr And here is YJ57XWO at Altrincham Interchange Diamond Bus NW YJ57XWO 20724 by Mike McNiven, on Flickr RE: Diamond Bus North West (formerly South Lancs Travel) - ant17612 - 01/09/2017 14:18 Yeah the SLT bit needs to be dropped or maybe (SLT, Go Goodwins) RE: Diamond Bus North West - AltrinchamAlex - 02/09/2017 16:39 Updated list of Ex Goodwins Vehicles 20644 - OCZ 8832 20663 - YN03 NDV 20664 - OCZ 8832 20666 - SCZ 3842 20667 - SCZ 3845 20670 - YN53 YHJ 20671 - MX04 VLW 20672 - YJ55 YHR 20673 - CV55 AXW 20674 - WEZ 7837 20676 - FN07 DHE 20724 - YJ57 XWO 30221 - WSV 533 30895 - SR05 XML Think the Enviro200 (being seatbelted) and possibly the IOM dart are the vehicles staying with Goodwins for schools, although this could be wrong. RE: Diamond Bus North West - Metroline1511 - 02/09/2017 19:31 I wonder whether any route or vehicle reallocations will occur? I could picture route 79 moving from Eccles to Atherton and route 293 from Atherton to Eccles. RE: Diamond Bus North West - M60lad - 03/09/2017 06:47 I was talking to a friend of mine from Diamond Northwest the other week and from what I can gather the intention is to move Atherton's Manchester work from Atherton to the Depot in Eccles but not to sure when this is going to happen though. Eccles would be nearer for some routes. This suggests that there is plenty of spare space at Eccles. Also, being sort-of midway between central Manchester and the western county boundary could increase their range of feasible tenders available. RE: Diamond Bus North West - Citibus - 11/09/2017 17:12 Seems strange to me but there is no mention whatsoever on Diamonds website, Facebook or Twitter of the takeover of Go-Goodwins bus routes 11 days after the event! RE: Diamond Bus North West - SF07 - 11/09/2017 20:06 They haved posted on their Facebook page in the past that the website is maintained by the head office in Birmingham, albeit not frequently as the main Diamond Buses website (http://www.diamondbuses.com/). However, I would have thought they would have mentioned something on their Facebook/Twitter pages by now. https://www.facebook.com/DiamondBusNorthWest/posts/694619027383015?comment_id=695718600606391&reply_comment_id=695723110605940&comment_tracking=%7B%22tn%22%3A%22R3%22%7D RE: Diamond Bus North West - SF07 - 05/10/2017 19:18 Diamond Bus have finally mentioned about the takeover of Go Goodwins/Little Gem Bus on their Facebook page. Can be found at the bottom of the post after the October service changes. https://www.facebook.com/DiamondBusNorthWest/posts/850807115097538 |
