Just to make sure, YJ61 JCZ is one of the Hybrid Solo's here? I only ask as its now showing up as having no Tax

Under the new regulations for Vehicle Excise Duty if a vehicle is sold the outstanding road tax is no longer transferred to the new owner. Any outstanding road tax is refunded to the previous owner of the vehicle and the new owner is required to re-tax it before they start using it
That is probably why it's showing up as having no tax

I thought that myself at first but the other 2 Hybrids have been Re-Taxed since joining the Fleet

Who's responsable for taxing them then? Surly if an operator taxes the vehicles for 12 months then looses the vehicles after 5 months they would treat the vehicles as sold and it would be down to the new operator to re-tax them?

It is the keeper (user) of the vehicle who is responsible for the road tax so the regulations set out by SL64JDZ apply.
If you have a car on finance, the finance company is not responsible for taxing it, you are, and it is the same for buses!
