The Blue Bus B10BLEs were 2732/33 of which only 2732 has been converted.

I'm presuming 8251 is the former 2701, when was this confirmed converted?

That's correct. 2701 became 8251 and 2702 became 8252. I can't remember when they were converted but it was at least a few months ago

There was an 8218 (L508 TKA) if that's what you mean? 8218 has been scrapped
The newest addition to the driver training fleet is 2703 which is now numbered 8253
