RE: Arriva North West - Runcorn Depot - V671 DVU - 21/02/2013 18:49 Don't shoot the messenger Honestly don't know, just wait and see is all we can do I guess! RE: Arriva North West - Runcorn Depot - Arriva3137 - 21/02/2013 19:20 At least there will be many spare buses for a change[/i] when the other buses get booked off for gas buses RE: Arriva North West - Runcorn Depot - DVL418 - 21/02/2013 21:04 (21/02/2013 18:26)V671 DVU Wrote: Credit to Ray Barber, the press launch for 5000-5009 will be on Friday 1st March at Runcorn depot. If anyone fancies a photo! The first five will enter service later in the day around 13:00 booking off buses already on there. The rest will enter service the following week on the 21 and X30. I would guess the Press Launch will be by invite only, but as they will be out and about after lunch plenty of good vantage points next to the busway! RE: Arriva North West - Runcorn Depot - J654UHN - 21/02/2013 21:10 Yes its a private launch so i would guess it will be out of sight and as you say DVL Invite Only RE: Arriva North West - Runcorn Depot - Arriva3137 - 21/02/2013 21:30 Runcorn are having a open day soon forgot what date[/u] RE: Arriva North West - Runcorn Depot - V671 DVU - 21/02/2013 21:39 (21/02/2013 21:30)Arriva3137 Wrote: Runcorn are having a open day soon forgot what date[/u] Do you mean the NWVRT tour? It's on the 3rd March and goes to Speke, Green Lane, Laird Street, Runcorn and St Helens. It's to my understanding you have to pre-book a place and I think they've all been booked. Best asking one of the NWVRT regulars for more info. RE: Arriva North West - Runcorn Depot - V671 DVU - 22/02/2013 10:35 It is indeed a private event and I've worded it wrong so apologies, wait till they're out in service as presumably it's out of view. Apologies for getting it wrong. RE: Arriva North West - Runcorn Depot - Arriva3137 - 22/02/2013 12:01 Just went past the unbranded 3137 on the 79C Also before I joined the site I caught the unreliable 2419 on the X1 Doesn't look like 7642 will see service again It has something wrong with its engine and they've given up with it 2419 is VOR (doesn't surprise me) 2532 has been off the road for some time must be something seriously wrong with it RE: Arriva North West - Runcorn Depot - M113 YKC - 22/02/2013 20:00 (22/02/2013 12:01)Arriva3137 Wrote: Doesn't look like 7642 will see service again It has something wrong with its engine and they've given up with itConsidering that it's currently parked in Wrexham depot in a sorry state, I'd say that Runcorn have gave-up. |
