Just about to post the same then realised bus in old livery. doesnt narrow it down much as it could be a pointer dart pulsar 1 or renown

Literally could be anything couldnt it, could also be a marshall dart, no doubt that it will be a write off whatever it is.

Thats a shame, that was kind of alright that one, another dart may get a temporary reprieve to replace that one. Bootle will probably lose another marshall to cover it. Pity it never held on a few weeks though as it could have been a star attraction on Bonfire Night.

As you say MPTE, it is a shame as it was a decent bus, but I guess we can be thankful the blaze claimed nothing more than a bus, and that nobody was injured.

Lucky that only a bus was claimed and no one was injured in this incident. Shame it was 2721 as that was one of the better buses in Green Lane's ownership, no doubt Bootle will be giving up an extra Dart to replace it or maybe one of 2310/3 will survive a bit longer? Obviously not having seen the damage, I can't actually make too much of a judgement but after repairing 2713 and re-doing some of its interior after it went up in flames last year, it's a shame the same couldn't have happened for 2721!
As others have said though, just good to hear there were no injuries involved.

Do you mean Bootle's 3020 which had a smash last night and was towed into Green Lane or Green Lane's 3031? If it's the latter a rather unlucky and chaotic 24 hours!
