Not sure if wet-leasing would be the correct definition, as I am not totally familiar with the legal terms.
Ryanair Holdings own both Ryanair and Lauda. The aircraft starts its rotation from Zadar to come to Liverpool and then returns to Zadar. Lauda use Airbus aircraft (see twice weekly Vienna service which started at the end of October). Service starts 3 May 2020.

Ryanair, as part of their expansion at Rome, have announced a Liverpool-Rome service 4 times per week.
This is in addition to other service announcements in recent weeks.

Ryanair have loaded more flights in their Liverpool winter schedule which starts at the end of October: Malta twice a week (Sunday & Thursday) & Las Palmas (Gran Canaria) weekly on a Saturday.
