I don't know how accurate BBP are, I don't use these books personally but I have generally found the uk buses/stagecoach site to be accurate. I suppose it will be a case of wait & see, unless somebody with "inside" information can confirm one or the other. RE: Stagecoach Group 2017/18 order - busesdotorg1920x - 01/05/2017 16:06 Hopefully the Golds for Oxford will stop standard MMCs wandering out onto the S5/X30/31, seems to be these routes suffering from problems with gold buses the most! RE: Stagecoach Group 2017/18 order - mbonwick - 02/05/2017 13:09 The BBP Handbook is not the most accurate of the lists out there. Thanks for this M.B., I know in the past you seem to know more than others what is happening at Stagecoach. There are a lot of Stagecoach Manchester Tridents, MANs and B7RLEs that have been completely removed from the list, even though there has been no confirmation they have actually been withdrawn, never mind sold. Also, most Enviro400s expected to move from MN to WN (one or two via HE) have yet to make the move When I referred to the UK buses/stagecoach list being more accurate I was really referring to when new orders get added to it, (I know I didn't say that), I do realise that at times things get deleted too early, or vehicle movements get missed. I think this stems from the fact that anyone can join to keep the lists up to date but some have a different interpretation of what withdrawn means. I'm sure most contributors update with the best of intentions, myself included. The BBP list lists the StreetLites as the 10.8 metre variant. The ones on order are the 11.5 metre "Max" variant RE: Stagecoach Group 2017/18 order - pete tierney - 03/05/2017 10:49 More confusion, 26172-26177 are shown as for Guildford or Scunthorpe depending which listings you look at. Any idea's anyone? RE: Stagecoach Group 2017/18 order - mbonwick - 03/05/2017 10:58 Would tend towards Scunthorpe for those. Guildford were expecting 10.8m examples to replace darts on P&R which would be 37xxx |
