One of the old open toppers was getting towed down the M56 this morning. Unable to identify what one it was.

It is, with 4060 going to Bangor.

Out of curiosity how come did 2252 move to rhyl!! Thought it wud be more use for bangor on the 13's for llandudno outstation...

Not sure to be honest, could be something to do with Padarn.
