With the failure of 67003 at Wentloog earlier this week the two loco hauled services are being operated by 67010 and 67012.

Isnt this normally the case for all Welsh international's though at cardiff that there is some form of enhancement depending on kick off time .

Its just with all the televised nature of the matches there now thrown over different times and days , which must make it awkward for the operating authorities .

As I said on the Northern thread, I can see many trains to and from Piccadilly from my office window. I sometimes notice a loco-hauled 4-carriage train pull into Piccadilly just before 4pm and depart around 4.45pm. It must be a one-off shuttle. I may well ride it on a day off, once I qualify for one!

ATW have two loco-hauled sets which work the following services Mon-Fri only:

1V91 HHD 0533 - CDF 0958
1D51 CRE 0711 - CTR 0730
1H82 CTR 0738 - MAN 0856
1D34 MAN 0950 - HHD 1239
1H89 HHD 1301 - MAN 1556
1D31 MAN 1650 - LLD 1904
1W96 CDF 1716 - HHD 2145
1K96 LLD 1934 - CRE 2106

Of course if a set fails then you could get a 158 or 175 in lieu.

HHD - Holyhead
CDF - Cardiff Central
CTR - Chester
MAN - Manchester Piccadilly
CRE - Crewe
LLD - Llandudno
