They're to cover 'deckers on rail replacements. The Route 200 is Ran by Arriva, But is operated on behalf of Halton Borough Council So this route is not going anywhere RE: Arriva North West - Runcorn Depot - North West Bus Spotter - 28/04/2023 07:18 (28/04/2023 02:20)Busway_Bob Wrote: The Route 200 is Ran by Arriva, But is operated on behalf of Halton Borough CouncilThis would be correct, the 200 used to be ran by Halton Transport on behalf of the Halton Borough Council but is now ran by Arriva on behalf of the Halton Borough Council. What I'm wondering is will Arriva shove our soon to be new vehicles (3159, 3160 and 3161) on the 200? Think you will find thetge tender is for a small bus always as been when it was first started it was run by Arriva using one of the short Ex MTL Darts in a special livery only run from Mursdishaw at the time Runcorn had 807 808 plus 809 two were used the the 3A&3C RE: Arriva North West - Runcorn Depot - Raawwwrrr! - 28/04/2023 10:36 (28/04/2023 09:10)trixmax2000 Wrote: Think you will find thetge tender is for a small bus always as been when it was first started it was run by Arriva using one of the short Ex MTL Darts in a special livery only run from Mursdishaw at the time Runcorn had 807 808 plus 809 two were used the the 3A&3C Although the tender is designed to use a small bus the actual wording will be on the lines of “no fewer than XX seats”. Arriva have and do use Pulsars on the service, the most obvious example being the peak time extras. We still need a replacement for 2669 as well as 3159, 3160 and 3161 are due to replace 2698, 2699 and 2700. Don’t forget that the PVR has dropped by 2 with the 62 being withdrawn so not all will need to be replaced RE: Arriva North West - Runcorn Depot - North West Bus Spotter - 28/04/2023 13:52 (28/04/2023 13:31)Y458 KNF Wrote: Don’t forget that the PVR has dropped by 2 with the 62 being withdrawn so not all will need to be replacedFair point but if they want to keep a smal bus on the 200, they would have to get a new one instead of shoving Pulsars on it RE: Arriva North West - Runcorn Depot - Y458 KNF - 28/04/2023 13:53 (28/04/2023 13:52)North West Bus Spotter Wrote: Fair point but if they want to keep a smal bus on the 200, they would have to get a new one instead of shoving Pulsars on it Think an SR will end up at Runcorn seems all the Classic Solos are going to Wales RE: Arriva North West - Runcorn Depot - North West Bus Spotter - 02/05/2023 16:45 3160 is now at the depot, saw it parked up behind another Pulsar 2 Also, can someone provide an update on 3089?
