Blackpool will surely have a highly standardised as well as modern fleet once these are in service.

For a council owned company they are great at upgrading there fleet as they look great.
Where other councils seem to be making reductions to funding in the public transport section , these are doing the opposite and investing in theres.

They are more expensive than their competitors where they exist and it seems like a lot of passes being used on routes. Clearly for all that investment the company does have the money for it and is doing fine..

I'd hardly call Blackpool "small". Including the tram fleet, they've not far short of 200 vehicles.
