I recon they should fight for tenders this year, and maybe the next few years, don't expand, just keep going - build up a nice amount of cash - slowly start selling off their old buses and buying some newer buses, second hand B7s would be good, or some Optares... Then the more low floor buses they get the more chance they have of getting other tenders keep that up and eventually they could end up running all the tenders in the Middleton area... But we are getting onto a second JPT thread here - wasn't my origional intention

Club Class Travel, who will running the 61 service between Higher Blackley and Manchester from next month, have created a website for their impending new service, which has a little nod to the old days, as they've entitled the website 'I'm a Little Gem', a reference to the old GM Buses minibus network.

Timetable for the 61 is up but no fare details yet.

I just hope they don't end up like the last GM Buses revival aka UK North.
