both 4400 and 4401 still have their crossriver leather seating as far as I know.

Only two were apparently (and pointlessly) staying.

It's hardly pointless considering they're the ones that have tachographs, that is if they are indeed staying like others have suggested.

Sorry. Thought that they were only staying because of the leather seats. Didn't think that the decision was related to tachographs as the rumoured buses which were supposed to be staying have changed a few times.

4001 is out and about today on 419s. Whether its still on them or been towed in yet however is anyones guess!

2439 only seems to be on 492/5s recently, presumably putting it through its paces for a bit so if it cocks up in some way they can get it into LS quickly.

Also noticed posters gone up on the buses about Merseytravel tendered route fare changes, adult fares to increase from £1.10 to £1.20, however cant remember the date of the changes.

They're due to go up this Sunday 5th May.
