RE: Impera Bus & Coach - msteens - 18/08/2012 23:50 I do have a duty to ensure the drivers are working correctly, the book stops with me and i take responsabilty for there actions, thats why i need to know when things go wrong so i can take action, sometimes the driver needs a bit of extra training or they may not be right for the job. I have to deal with these things all the time i dont like sacking anyone but if i have to i will. I have a duty of care for paasengers eho travel on our vehicles and our staff. Whentaking a lot of staff on at a time you will always get a bad apple, most of our drivers are excellent and do there job in a professional manner. Any ideas are welcome along the 130/250/210 routes RE: Impera Bus & Coach - T42 PVM - 19/08/2012 13:42 the part of liverpool you want will be hard to get land for however if you was to look at liverpool as a whole then aintree and kirkby is the best area when it comes to gaining land, its that or buy someone out, now am thinking cumfybus are shutting a depot down somewhere in liverpool so maybe you could take that land on? Aintree Industrial Estate, near Old Roan Interchange and where PeoplesBus' depot is situated, would be worth a try. Also, there's an industrial estate on Sefton Lane in Maghull - close to where the 210/250 travel via. The Maghull industrial estate has one or two coach yards among it, including an Aintree Coachline depot. Hope this helps! RE: Impera Bus & Coach - V671 DVU - 19/08/2012 13:56 Have Cumfybus vacated their depot on Vandries Street yet? If so, that could be worth a try. I don't think they have yet, although I could be wrong. RE: Impera Bus & Coach - Raawwwrrr! - 19/08/2012 14:12 An excellent way to keep on top of the routes and improve reliability of the service and also leaves room for expansion! |
