I was on 4512 last night but ticket machine said 4513, mustnt have got round to doing them in the last minute branding up on saturday night/sunday morning!

For anyone who is intetested I've added a video of a Volvo B5LH to my YouTube channel however it was running a little bit late so the driver was pushing it a little so the engine remained on throughout most of the journey.

Unfortunately Volvo B5LH/Gemini 2 MX13 AEM has had a minor bump with Stagecoach Merseyside MAN 18.240/Enviro 300 PO59 MXG on Sir Thomas Street in Liverpool this morning.

Caught couple of the Hybrids for the first time a couple of days ago thought are, not bad however the engine will take getting used to,felt like the engine was switched off at times, not sure about the leather seats though, on paper look a good idea but how long before the pond life start wrecking them?

If the battery levels are ok, they switch off when stopped then pull away in electric mode and the engine kicks in again between 7-13mph.
Only real problem with them is the gear changes and switched from electric to engine mode are quite slow - other than that very nice indeed! I do think the free wifi could do with better advertising though, like Spekes Mercedes Citaros - perhaps on the side of the stairs as you get on it should say free wifi.. it only seems to mention the wifi on the engine cover exterior advert!

Agree on the gear box, the Hybrids are really slow changing gears feels like the bus is stopping rather than changing gear.
