The only thing that makes 2229 slightly better is that it has been through p&p, it is really that close.

Bootle had 2638 on the 52 this afternoon and at least two cadets on the 59/61, one of these was 2519, couldnt see what the other one was but it could only be one of two couldnt it.

No less than three Pulsars on the 311 today in the form of 2945, 2946 and 3020. 2223 has also been transferred to Green Lane, noted it on the 68 today.

(Interestingly, 2946's front LED destination unit appears to be being problematic at the moment - sometimes it displays half of the destination and at other times it displays either the whole destination or nothing at all...!)
Other allocations of interest today included Plaxton Pointer 2 R551 ABA (7551) on the 58 and Cadet CX07 CSO (2638) on the 53A.

That is a second day running for 7551 on the 58 as it was on there yesterday as well.

I do apologise the bus I noted was infact 3019. 7551 has been on the 58 on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Think I seen a DLA on the 54 today as well, didnt catch which one as didnt wait for it to reach me, hope 7551 makes it on to my 61 one day if nothing else just for nostalgia.

Apologies if I've missed this, but does anyone remember the Pulsar that got severely damaged when a Cumfy bus Solo ran up its back end on Northern Perimeter Road? If so does anyone know if it was ever repaired. Last I saw it was on props in Bootle to stop it collapsing?

3018, the Pulsar involved in the accident, is back in service and has been for a few weeks.
