Warrington doesn't have even half as many uni students. And doesn't have all night trains to somewhere with a bustling nightlife. It could work and I wish them the best of luck but I think this won't last longer than the new year. Not without funding. If can remember Warrington use to have a coach service 24h to liverpool/manchester airport.
