RE: Arriva North West - Runcorn Depot - MX12 KVM - 14/05/2017 11:48 5003 now in the new livery. RE: Arriva North West - Runcorn Depot - childwallblues - 15/05/2017 17:37 2726 was on the 79C today. RE: Arriva North West - Runcorn Depot - Quackdave - 15/05/2017 21:03 Have either of the gas buses in the new livery actually needed a repaint - e.g. because of bodywork damage? If not, it strikes me that Arriva are missing a trick by repainting them early. After all, aren't some new buses of the same type due imminently? Now, the large majority of passengers pay no attention to registration numbers most of the time; but, seeing a bus freshly painted in a new livery for the first time, they might just think "ooh, is that a new bus?", glance at the registration, see a "13", and think "oh no, they've just repainted one of the old ones". Then, when the new buses actually do arrive, they probably won't notice, because by that time they'll be familiar with the new livery. If, however, they'd waited a bit, they might have got more people noticing that they'd bought new buses, by virtue of the new livery appearing on them first. RE: Arriva North West - Runcorn Depot - ashworth600 - 16/05/2017 12:03 can anybody shed some light just past runcorn depot and spotted a hybrid colour decker parked at the bottom of the yard looks like a enviro 400 type RE: Arriva North West - Runcorn Depot - RedPanda - 16/05/2017 13:18 (16/05/2017 12:03)ashworth600 Wrote: can anybody shed some light just past runcorn depot and spotted a hybrid colour decker parked at the bottom of the yard looks like a enviro 400 type May have been a Gemini 2 hybrid from Maidstone, they're getting swapped with Speke's Gemini 2 diesels Probably go onward to Speke in the near future RE: Arriva North West - Runcorn Depot - E400 - 16/05/2017 13:50 I am guessing the new livery for 5003 is the new non-Eco livery? If so, why would they brand away from the Eco branding? You'd think they'd want to push the fact that their fleet contains Eco vehicles RE: Arriva North West - Runcorn Depot - PAUL2511 - 17/05/2017 12:04 (03/05/2017 18:53)trixmax2000 Wrote: Been seen on the 3C today The 110 bus service is they all cadets on it thanks RE: Arriva North West - Runcorn Depot - RedPanda - 17/05/2017 12:18 (17/05/2017 12:04)PAUL2511 Wrote: The 110 bus service is they all cadets on it thanks Cadets and pulsars with the odd B10 thrown in RE: Arriva North West - Runcorn Depot - PAUL2511 - 17/05/2017 12:26 (17/05/2017 12:18)RedPanda Wrote: Cadets and pulsars with the odd B10 thrown in Thanks I like the cadets.
