Reported on the Echo website today a serious crash involving 5 vehicles on Rocky Lane, one of which was an Arriva bus presumably from Green Lane. Thoughts are with all involved, sounds quite nasty.

Report I have seen on the echo site just says 2 cars were involved and doesn't mention a bus, either way hopefully everybody involved is ok. On a seperate matter, I seen 2464 on the 8 this afternoon, first time that I personally have seen this one in service here.

Oh aye it's been updated since when I read it earlier on. And 2464s been here for a few weeks mate.
On a separate note, the Darts which seem to still be in service are 2201, 2202, 2203, 2208, 2217, 2231 and 2345 have all been noted on numerous occasions by myself recently. Anyone else seen anymore?

2345 is still going on the 68 today, can't be long left for this at GL now

You can add 2237 to these, on 68 today

Had 2345 today, not quite the total heap I was expecting, I have ridden worse.

Some of these may have been reported already but Myllenniums noted today on Green Lane routes were 2451/2456/2464/2471/2472/2473, pics of all to follow later.

2221 is still going too, it was on 12/13 iirc.

So has anybody seen 2215/6 out, sure I have seen 2229 somewhere. On a completely seperate matter was there never a 2205 & 2206 although not necessarily here.

2205/2206 (along with 2210/2220/2222/2225/2230/2240/2245/2250/2255/2260/2270) were never used in the batch of 50 Plaxton & 9 ALX200 Dart's as most registration numbers ending in 0 or 5 were classed as cherished numbers, 206 being though to be of appeal to Peugeot 206 owners, and 222 for obvious reasons (although 2222 was used for a loan vehicle at St Helens?)
