Expect long delays this morning to most services operating out of Bootle Depot especially services round Netherton and Bootle areas due various accidents on the Motorway network in the area and a big accident at Switch Island:
M57 Merseyside, northbound between A506 [M57 junction 6] and M58 [M57 junction 7]
M57 Merseyside - M57 closed and queueing traffic northbound between J6, A506 (Kirkby) and J7 M58. Diversion in operation - Cars are being diverted via the A506 Valley Road. Matrix sign set to 20 mph. Congestion to J3, A526 (Stockbridge Village).
A5036 Dunnings Bridge Road Sefton, both ways between A5207 Copy Lane and M57 J7
A5036 Merseyside - A5036 Dunnings Bridge Road in Sefton closed and queueing traffic in both directions between the A5207 Copy Lane junction and the M57 J7 junction, because of a serious accident involving three vehicles.
Closures apparently due last most of the morning

Thanks for supplying this information, I'm sure that it will be helpful to some members. I will just add to services 310 & 311 will be diverted through Waddicar whilst Switch Island is closed.

2924 has failed in Skelmersdale Bus Station; it was due to work the 07:22 311 journey to Liverpool!

Just been closed to 2638 for the first time since its repaint, this looks to have simply had a paint job and not the full p&p.

Can't have been too much wrong with 2924 as it is back out today.
